This pen-type visual fault locator (VFL) emits a bright 10mW red light to find breaks, sharp bends and faulty connectors in a fiber — the fault point glows red, visible even through the cable jacket.
Continuous (CW) and pulse modes cover both quick checks and longer traces. A standard tool in every FTTH installer’s kit.
